T.C.T circular saw blade artwork is very important, Until now, we take ink printing,UV printing,Laser printing and Electrical corrosion printing for saw blade artwork.
1. Ink printing. It is the cheap printing tech on the saw blade. Usually we take one color for part or full printing for the easy and complex blade artwork. And take two or three color for the simple blade artwork. But two or three color ink printing cost will be a little bit higher than one color ink printing,due to we need spend more time.
2. UV printing. If your blade logo design is complex and will take three or more colors, we suggest you take UV printing. Looks very nice and easy finished in our side. Just like print the color picture in your color printing machine. But the cost is a little bit higher.
3. Laser printing. Laser printing logo can not remove from the blade easily. We take laser printing machine finish the blade artwork, then do the anti-rust treatment. The artwork design need completely with circular and can not have the rupture in it’s outline. Also the size of logo can NOT too small. Any how if your logo design is good for laser printing, it is the best way for your choice.
4. Electrical corrosion printing. Similar the same like laser printing. Logo also can not remove easily from the blade during its cutting work. It is not convenience finished in the factory compare with laser printing tech.
5. Combine printing method. Some customer take ink printing OR UV printing combine with Laser printing. This way is also accept in our side. and the performance is good.
